Delivery Times
All items are dispatched within 3 working days from receipt of the order. Sundays and Kenyan public holidays as well as international holidays are excluded. Personalized pieces will be dispatched after 15 working days. If there are unavoidable or special circumstances and there may be an expected delay in dispatching the order we will communicate this to you upon receipt of the order.
Delivery Mode
All orders within Nairobi are dispatched via Sendy or Glovo, within Kenya via Sendy or G4S. International orders will be sent via Fedex or Registered Mail. You may provide special delivery instructions on the checkout page of our website.
Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery within anywhere in Kenya. International orders will be shipped at a nominal charge of $40 for all orders below the value of $200. International orders above $200 will be shipped free. All charges related to customs in respective countries are to be paid by the client.
Returns Policy
Returns Time
We offer a full no questions asked refund or exchange for a period of 7 days from date of receipt of the order by the client.
Returns Mode
We encourage returns to be send via any mode of recorded delivery. Since we will not assume responsibility for items lost or damaged during the return nor provide a refund for the same, returns have to be in their original packaging. The thank you tag should also be in place. Kindly package the return responsibly such that no damage occurs during delivery to us.
Returns Charges
All charges for returns will be paid for by the client.
